Curious to learn more about the 3MileMom Challenge?

We host them twice a year where women from all around the world join together and walk/run 3 miles 3 times a week. That’s it. We will track our progress and encourage each other along the way.

How do I join?

  2. Then watch your email about a month before the challenge for an invite to join the 3Milemom Facebook Community.
  3. Next, join us and get moving. Text a friend, grab your partner, or go solo!
  4. Share and tag your photos with #3Milemom so we can cheer you on every mile of your journey.
